Agricultural, Land & Ranch | Residential | Commercial
Alex Dentoni brings a rare combination of athletic discipline, agricultural operations expertise, and deep community roots to everything he does in real estate. A proud Stockton and Lodi native, Alex graduated from Sacramento State in 2018 with a degree in Communication Studies — where he competed as a Division I baseball pitcher — before building a career that would give him one of the most well-rounded professional backgrounds on the team.
Before joining Chandler Gross Group, Alex spent five years as a Relationship Manager at Rivermaid Trading Company, managing relationships with more than 40 growers, overseeing farm operations across 2,000+ acres, and managing irrigation schedules for more than 30 ranches throughout Northern California. That hands-on agricultural experience gives Alex an understanding of farming operations, grower relationships, land management, and irrigation systems that most real estate agents simply do not have, and that directly benefits every client he serves in agricultural, land, and rural property transactions.
Specializing in agricultural, land, ranch, residential, and commercial properties throughout the Stockton, Lodi, and surrounding Northern California communities, Alex combines deep local knowledge, operational expertise, and a sharp eye for opportunity with the work ethic and competitive drive that defined his years as a Division I athlete.
Alex and his wife are proud small business owners — she runs Best Wishes, the cherished boutique gift shop at Lincoln Center that has been a Stockton landmark for decades. They do not just work here — they live here, build here, and believe in this place.
At Chandler Gross Group, Alex represents the best of what this team is built on: genuine expertise, genuine roots, and a genuine commitment to the people and communities he calls home.
