As the Founder and Team Lead of Chandler Gross Group at Real Broker, Nicole brings more than 26 years of real estate experience and a lifetime of local connection to every client she serves. Growing up with a mother in the business, a single female farmer who tends her own olive orchard and vineyard, real estate and the land were woven into Nicole's life from an early age, shaping not just her career, but her deep respect for what it means to guide someone through one of life's most significant decisions.

Based in Galt, California, Nicole works throughout Northern California, from the neighborhoods of Greater Sacramento to the working farms of the Sacramento Valley, the waterways of the River Delta, the agricultural lands of the San Joaquin and Central Valleys, and the ranch and conservation properties of the foothill counties, helping families, landowners, investors, and developers navigate the full spectrum of residential, agricultural, ranch, land, conservation, commercial, development, luxury, and new construction real estate.
