Agricultural, Land & Ranch | Conservation | Land Stewardship
Jerred Dixon brings something rare to real estate: five generations of farming in his blood and more than 30 years of hands-on experience in agriculture and land management across Northern California. Raised in a legacy of farming, he carries deep-rooted knowledge of the land, water, and regional agricultural practices that shape the true value and potential of rural properties throughout the Sacramento Valley, River Delta, San Joaquin Valley, and Central Valley.
Over the past seven years, Jerred has worked on a large-scale farming operation specializing in conservation easements, land acquisitions, and long-term stewardship planning. His expertise extends to water rights, a critical and often complex component of agricultural land transactions in Northern California, giving him a distinct advantage when advising clients on agricultural and transitional properties.
Beyond his real estate practice, Jerred serves his agricultural community at the highest level, sitting as a trustee on the Delta Protection Advisory Committee, Reclamation District 38, Reclamation District 2110, and the North Delta Groundwater Sustainability Agency. His involvement in water governance and land stewardship at the regulatory level gives his clients an insider understanding of the policy landscape that directly affects the value and future of their land.
Jerred is committed to helping clients maximize the value of their land while preserving its long-term viability for the generations that follow.
